Race Wax

Gets similar performance of much more expensive products but at a lower cost. Don’t expect it to last very long though, but definitely good enough for a few really fast runs.

Holy Cow! First run speeds after upgrading from the original Mountain Flow wax was alarmingly faster. The first thing I noticed was that I was flying down hill faster than ever before. When I made my first normal cut to slow down I didn’t slow down. It felt like I was accelerating while turning and I think I was. I knew then that this race wax was incredible. My second cut was more aggressive and then I began to reduce my velocity. I suggest buying this wax and you will never go back. The performance difference in Mountain Flow race wax is certainly significant. So significant that my wife originally requested that I apply the original wax next time we go skiing. She has since changed her mind and is now pleased with the performance of the race wax.

This wax is amazing. The only thing I dont love about it is the price. You’re talking $60 for a 130g block, and a regular block is $15. And when you have a lot of racers in your family, you go through 2 130g blocks a season just for races. I usually put normal wax on for practice just to keep the costs down. But besides that this stuff is fantastic and Its environmentally friendly :)
